These plants are cleaned, checked and if necessary, they are repaired and defective parts are replaced. Afterwards the compressors and dryers are given a test run. New maintenance is not generally performed, because, most of them being dealers, our customers can and want to perform the maintenance themselves less expensively. As an option, DUP can, of course, perform maintenance and a general overhaul. All tested plants are offered with a functional guarantee.
This work is carried out by trained service technicians at our in-house workhsop and according to manufacturer specifications. An ultra-modern test rig for compressors with driving power of up to 400 kW has been installed especially for this purpose. A log showing operating parameters is created from test runs.

These compressors and dryers are available in the same condition they were taken out of service. Only a visual check is carried out, but no examination. The electric motor and compressor element are turned by hand. The general condition is described as accurately as possible. Most of these plants are more than 15 years old, or are models of less commons brands. These compressors are purchased mainly by dealers outside of Europe. Operators are not advised to purchase these plants.
