Frequently asked questions –

you ask, we answer!

  • How does the purchasing procedure work?

The compressors are available from stock in our warehouse in Hohenems/Austria. DUP carries out the loading of the compressor. Collection and transport can be organised by the buyer or by DUP.

  • How long is delivery time?

All compressors and dryers listed on the stock list are immediately available from our warehouse in Hohenems.

  • Is a prepayment required upon purchase of a compressor?

Payment is required in advance. As soon as payment has been received the compressor can be collected from Hohenems or DUP can organise transport.

  • Does DUP issue a guarantee for its used compressors and dryers?

Unchecked compressors are sold without a guarantee. Checked compressors are sold with an operational guarantee. You can satisfy yourself of the working order of the compressor here on our premises in Hohenems or by means of a video demonstration.

  • Are the air compressors refurbished and in working order?

Compressors and dryers designated as “checked” have been carefully inspected and test run by DUP. On request potential customers can take a look at the processor of their choice in operation on our premises. Alternatively, we can supply a video showing the test run. These compressors are delivered or handed over in working order. Compressors designated as “unchecked” are handed over or delivered in the condition in which we purchased them. In this case, they have not been checked by DUP for functionality and carry no guarantee.

The majority of air compressors and dryers sold by DUP are from the manufacturers Atlas Copco, Kaeser, Boge, CompAir, Almig, Alup, Ingersoll Rand, Gardner Denver and Renner. All brands currently available can be found on our stock list.
