The company DUP Compressors was founded in 1991 by Vjekoslav Dup. Recognising that there was a demand for used stationary compressors he continuously expanded his company’s purchasing activities in Europe and its sales activities worldwide. Today DUP Compressors’ customers include companies and intermediary dealers in more than 100 countries around the globe. Following years of growth, the company had to considerably expand its capacities with regard to warehousing, workshops and offices.
In 2006 DUP moved to its new location in Hohenems (Austria). Today, some 20 members of staff ensure that business runs smoothly. New compressors are delivered almost every day to the 6,000 m² company premises. A highly qualified team of service technicians takes care of inspecting and refurbishing the used compressors and dryers.
In 2017 the DUP Group become active in the rental market with its subsidiary company air4rent. Stationary Atlas Copco air compressors up to 500 kW are available for hire from numerous locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Bulgaria.
