Which procedure we have by refurbished stages

The rebuilding procedure initiates with a thorough disassembly and examination of the air end. Every element, including bearings, journals, gear fits, and bearing bores, undergoes visual scrutiny and precise measurements. Housings and rotor sets are meticulously inspected for any signs of damage. Our standard work scope encompasses the fitting of new premium-quality components such as bearings, seals, gaskets and O-rings. Any necessary metal repairs are carried out, and rotor sets undergo dynamic balancing for optimal performance. The air end will be painted and carefully palletized with a wooden box for shipment.
